We sell digital products (including downloadable files, guides, templates, and other digital content) under our brands (including Velia Natural, Ewybi, Génesia, Névora Cosmetics, Orliva Labs, and Naturales Labs). Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors, which we will correct as soon as identified. No physical items are shipped as part of any order.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments / Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Digital Delivery

All products sold through this Site are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the product via a confirmation email and/or a download link on the order confirmation page. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and to save your downloaded files, as download links may expire after a limited period. No physical shipment is made and no shipping fees apply.
